More ineptitude to come...redux

To make matters worse, it's not just that this administration puts unqualified incompitents in high level athority (Harriet Miers, anyone? Only the most unqualified Supreme Court candidate in the history of the U.S.!). They also evicerate the goverment of compitent civil servants.
